1. Introduction

Welcome to Arab Discount's fazaa membership program. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our discount card service and membership program. By applying for, purchasing, or using the Arab Discount card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Our fazaa community is built on mutual respect and trust. We ask that all members adhere to these terms to ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved.

2. Membership Eligibility

To be eligible for the Arab Discount fazaa membership, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate personal information during registration
• Pay the applicable membership fee in full
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership at our discretion if these conditions are not met or in case of violation of these terms.

3. Membership Types and Fees

Arab Discount offers several membership tiers:

• Silver Fazaa: Basic membership with standard benefits
• Gold Fazaa: Premium membership with enhanced benefits
• Platinum Fazaa: Royal membership with exclusive benefits
• Corporate Fazaa: Business membership with group benefits

Membership fees are non-refundable and subject to change. Current fees will be displayed during the application process. Payment must be completed in full before membership benefits are activated.

4. Membership Duration and Renewal

All fazaa memberships are valid for one (1) year from the date of activation. You will receive a renewal notification approximately 30 days before your membership expires.

Renewals are not automatic. You must explicitly approve and pay for the renewal to continue enjoying your membership benefits. If you do not renew, your membership will expire, and all benefits will cease at the end of the membership period.

5. Discount Card Usage

Your Arab Discount fazaa card:

• Is personal and non-transferable (except for family cards included in your membership)
• Must be presented at partner establishments to receive discounts
• May require additional identification to verify membership
• Cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated by the partner
• Is not a credit or payment card

Misuse of the card may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

6. Discounts and Offers

Discounts and offers available through the fazaa membership program:

• Are subject to availability and may change without prior notice
• May have specific terms, conditions, or limitations set by partner establishments
• May be seasonal or time-limited
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits
• May require advance booking or reservations

While we strive to ensure all listed discounts are valid and current, Arab Discount is not responsible for changes implemented by partner establishments without our knowledge.

7. Partner Establishments

Our partner network may change over time. New partners may be added, and existing partners may leave the program. We make every effort to maintain an updated list of partners on our website and mobile application.

Arab Discount is not responsible for the quality of products or services provided by partner establishments. Any disputes regarding products or services should be addressed directly with the partner establishment.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

By becoming a fazaa member, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We may use your contact information to send you relevant notifications about your membership, special offers, and program updates. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

9. Modifications to Terms

Arab Discount reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to members via email. Continued use of the membership after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

Arab Discount reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You misuse your discount card
• You provide false information during registration
• You engage in fraudulent activity related to your membership
• You behave inappropriately toward partner establishments or Arab Discount staff

No refund will be provided in case of termination due to violations of these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Arab Discount shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
